为什么说维也纳是全球最宜人居的城市？

  奥地利历史上强大过，现在则只是个基本无害的中欧小国，二战后宣布永久中立，虽然国内还是有做强国梦的人，但相信我死之前他们不可能跟周围任何一个国家翻脸，最多也就是加入北约——它被一圈北约成员国围着。

  奥地利小国寡民，政治是多党民主，经济是高福利高税收的社会市场经济，贫富差距比较小，没什么社会矛盾。

  据说维也纳是奥地利治安最差的地方。但是据我观察，最大的威胁无非是扒手和醉汉。大街上不能说路不拾遗夜不闭户，但是商店关门后橱窗也不用上卷帘。《Before The Sunrise》看过吧？孤男寡女挑维也纳夜游是有理由的——很安全。换巴黎他们肯定不敢。
